- 1 cucumber (½ medium or 1/3 large), peeled, grated and drained
- 1 ½ – 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 spoon of olive oil
- 3 spoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 gr drained yogurt
- 5 – 6 dill clove, finely chopped (optionally)
- Clean the cucumber and rub it on the grater.
- Put the cucumber inside a towel that we have placed in a bowl.
- Add salt and 1 spoon from the vinegar.
- We drain our cucumber very well with the towel. We need to tighten it a lot for all the humidity to escape.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the cucumber and the other 2 spoon vinegar.
- Beat the garlic in the mortar together with olive oil and add it to the yoghurt.
- Chop the dill, add it to yoghurt, salt and pepper.
